What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., while check-out must be completed by 10:30 a.m.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Absolutely! We offer a secure luggage storage area, so you can explore the surroundings or relax without worry, even if you arrive early or leave later.
Which payment methods are accepted?
When booking, you can pay using credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancomat, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer (MyBank) or PayPal. On-site payments can be made by cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancomat, American Express) or instant bank transfer.
Do you require a deposit to confirm the reservation?
Depending on the rate plan or offer selected, we generally ask for a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount, or full prepayment. Contact us directly for details.
Is the reception open 24 hours?
Reception is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. However, a staff member is always available by phone during the night for any urgent needs.
Do you offer shuttle or private transfer services?
Yes, during winter we provide a free shuttle to and from the Trepalle ski lifts.
First departure: 8:30 a.m. – Last return trip: 4:30 p.m.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer a free outdoor private car park. We also have a heated indoor garage available for €20.00 per night for cars or €5.00 per night for motorbikes.
Do you have charging stations for electric vehicles?
Yes, we have 4 electric charging points (22 KW/h). There are no fixed fees — you only pay for the energy used.
Do you provide ski/bike storage?
Yes, we offer a secure storage area for skis and bicycles, accessible only with a key card and free of charge.
How far are the ski slopes?
The nearest ski lifts are in Trepalle (approx. 4 km away) and are part of the Livigno ski area. You can also easily reach the Bormio ski areas — you’ll be spoilt for choice!
Do you have an on-site restaurant?
Yes, our kitchen can prepare alternative dishes for food intolerances or allergies. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can arrange everything for you.
I have food intolerances/allergies – can you accommodate me?
Yes, we have an in-house restaurant available for guests on full or half board, as well as for those who prefer to dine à la carte.
Do you have a wellness area or spa?
Yes, our wellness centre is open daily from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The entrance fee is €20.00 per person for a 2-hour session. Advance booking at the reception is required.
Children under 16 may access the spa until 6:00 p.m., only if accompanied by an adult. A wellness kit including bathrobe, towel and slippers is provided.
Do you offer room service?
No, room service is not available.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we are pet-friendly! A small supplement of €10.00 per night is required. Your furry friend will find a cosy welcome corner with bowls and a mat in your room.
Do you organise excursions or guided tours?
No, but we’re happy to provide all the information you need to plan the perfect holiday.
Do you rent bicycles?
We don’t have bikes on-site, but we collaborate with trusted rental services in both Livigno and Valdidentro to offer you the best selection.
Is your property accessible to guests with disabilities?
Yes, the entire property is accessible. There are no architectural barriers and we offer specially equipped rooms for guests with reduced mobility.
